Luvata Media bank terms and conditions of use

Please read through these terms and conditions of use. Then continue your registration using the link at the bottom of the page.

1. The images and other materials may be used only in promoting Luvata.
2. The user of the images may not use the materials for any illegal purpose or any purpose that causes damage to any company, person or brand.
3. Luvata owns all rights to the images and other materials.
4. Published images must always be accompanied with a reference to the image source, indicating the owner of the rights of use. Please use the following text:” Image: Luvata Oy". Failure to include the reference to the owner of the rights of use in the publication may result in cancellation of the media bank access rights and a gross infringement may result in legal action.
5. With the exception of cropping, the images may not be manipulated without Luvata's approval.
6. The user of the images shall use the images only for their own design use. The images may not be submitted to a third party in any format without Luvata’s approval.
7. The user of the images should do all possible to prevent unauthorized further use of the materials and report any possible infringement to mail@luvata.com.
8. Using the media bank requires registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use and a user ID and password.
